Refund Policy

Alors On Danse AI Video operates on a hybrid prepaid model (subscriptions and/or credit packs). This policy describes when refunds are available. Payment card data is processed by Stripe; we do not store full card numbers.

1. Unused credits

You may request a refund of unused credits within 7 days of purchase. We will refund unused credits to your original payment method where possible, minus any non-refundable processor fees where permitted by law.

2. Generated content is non-refundable

Once credits have been consumed to generate content, they are generally not refundable — the underlying AI compute has already been paid for and cannot be reversed. This applies even if you are unsatisfied with the look, sound, or quality of the result, since AI output is inherently variable.

3. Failed generations

If a generation fails due to a Service error (model timeout, infrastructure issue), consumed credits are automatically refunded to your account balance. No manual request is required. Requests blocked by content moderation before generation typically do not consume credits.

4. Subscription cancellation

You may cancel a subscription at any time from Account → Billing (or equivalent settings). Cancellation stops future renewals; the current billing period continues until its end date and is generally not prorated.

  • Subscription credits for the current period do not roll over to the next period.
  • Separately purchased credit packs remain available after cancellation, subject to the Terms of Service.

5. Exceptions

We may issue full or partial refunds outside the 7-day window at our discretion in cases such as:

  • prolonged Service outage that prevented you from using purchased credits
  • billing errors (duplicate charges, incorrect amount)
  • unauthorized charges on your account (please also contact your card issuer)

6. How to request a refund

Email support@alorsondanseai.video with:

  1. the email address on your Alors On Danse AI Video account
  2. the order ID or approximate date and amount of the purchase
  3. a brief reason for the refund request

We aim to respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to show the credit.

7. Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is wrong, contact us at support@alorsondanseai.video before filing a chargeback. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we may suspend your account until the dispute is resolved. We prefer to resolve concerns directly.
